Meet Heidi!
Heidi brings a calm, even-keeled presence to her teaching — students tend to feel at ease with her right away. She's also, quietly, one of the most accomplished Baroque violinists in the country; the New York Times described her prize-winning performance as "supremely confident and powerful."
She holds a Bachelor of Music from Indiana University and an Artist Diploma from Oberlin Conservatory, and has spent years as a Baroque violin specialist, founding and directing the Baroque Orchestra of Maine. She also serves as Music Director at Bar Harbor Congregational Church and director of the Bar Harbor Community Orchestra.
